Our Cherry Cordial Cheesecake is made with sweet red cherries layered in the bottom of the crust, then covered with a layer of dark chocolate ganache, inspiring the taste of chocolate covered cherries, complimented by our very own original cheesecake. For those of you who may prefer, we can do the dark chocolate layer with strawberry or raspberry as well.
