This cheesecake is made with that popular salty /sweet mix to bring your taste buds to life.
We make fresh caramel with some added sea salt, then blend it in our original creamy batter. It is then layered in the bottom of our buttery graham cracker crust. Then it is topped with our original plain cheesecake for a complete balance of flavors rolled into one taste. Something new to try for those who like caramel but the hint of salty keeps it from not being overly sweet. The best of both worlds of flavor blended together.
